Caracterização molecular de etnovariedades de Manihot esculenta Crantz com utilização de marcadores moleculares ISSR

A mandioca (Manihot esculenta) é amplamente distribuída no Brasil, nas roças encontram-se plantas com características diferentes que são mantidas e propagadas entre os agricultores. Levando em consideração a diversidade de etnovariedades encontrada, esse trabalho teve como objetivo realizar caracterização molecular cultivadas município Paranaíta - MT, utilizando primers ISSR. O material foliar foi coletado oito propriedades Paranaíta. extração DNA realizada por meio do método CTAB as amostras amplificadas via PCR. Foram utilizados 14 ISSR após análise estatística foram classificados moderadamente informativos. comparação informações cedidas pelos produtores distâncias genéticas etnovariedades, permite inferir mesmas está relacionada história evolutiva da espécie. Os métodos agrupamento indicam dentre analisadas, duas apresentaram potencial para estudos futuros serem mais distantes geneticamente demais.
